INC Pleated Halter Dress

When Macy’s has a sale, they have a SALE honey! I scored this INC pleated halter dress for the ‘Last Act’ clearance price of $14.96 a few months ago. In my mind, I wanted to save it for a seafood brunch on the intracoastal. However, I’m not one for saving clothes and decided to wear it out for a day at the mall with my 8-year old. Sauntering through the mall was just as fulfilling as sauntering onto the bay for a $100 plate.
