Peplum with a little flair

I love a little drama...with my clothing that is ;-) A little peplum here, an oversized collar there. Whatever accent to my clothing that has the ability to catch the wind, I'm on it! 

I paired this peplum top from Rainbow with a pair of Torrid thrifted jeans and Boutique 9 platform peep toe pumps. Wasn't concerned about the height of the heel because I was just trying to catch some air. Do you like?
