A new way to wear a shirt

I love using clothing in a unique way, so it was not unusual for me to turn this thrifted dress into a top and rock it out with some skinnies. Keep a belt nearby to cinch that waist. Throw in an oversized vintage clutch and stilettos and I'm a woman on a mission.
