Going Off Shoulder

My online shopping cart is FULL of off-the-shoulder looks. I think it's the sexiets part of ANY woman and a look easily pulled off with a pair of jeans or cute skirt. However, online outlets are selling these fab pieces anywhere from $20-$100, so it's up to a frugalista like me to see where she can literally cut a few corners and make one of her own.

I purchased this sweater at my local Goodwill for $8 and spent a good $10 of sweat equity lobbing off the top. Paired the finished product with a pair of ShoeDazzle boots and purse from the Goodwill bins and tadaaaa...sexy for under 20 bucks!
