What are you wearing for New Year's Eve?
New Year's Eve fashion can be extremely easy to figure out, but extremely hard at the same time. Depending on where the night leads, you may turn up at your event in 4-inch heels, but end up leaving in ballet flats, or even better...barefoot (I've been there!) Regardless, you want to end the year on a high note, so here are some looks to inspire your year end style.
1. Sizzles and sparkles- NYE is one of the only times of the year when a full on sequin ensemble is acceptable. Go all out and glam up the look with a dramatic smokey eye. Finish off the look with a killer heel and statement clutch.
2. Gla-nimal- Go ahead and wear that animal print tonight girl! Don't be afraid to go overboard because tonight is the night to do it. Pair a statement jacket, pants or dress with leather to complete the look. Of course, a smokey eye and nude lip will work with this look as not to take away from the amazingness of your animal print piece.
3. Comfy and cozy- Many of us will not be ringing in the new year at the club with a bottle of bubbly, but with a bottle of formula. For those of us spending the evening with family in front of the fire, here's something comfortable to wear. Pair a cardigan with comfy leggings and boot, if you're going to a family gathering. Even if you're home with family, dress up and be festive. Bring out the big jewels and baubles. Now is the time to be luxurious. If you want to go the extra mile, put on the good smell goods before you put on your clothes ;-)
